FUNDRAISERS AND DONATIONS
Fundraisers:
CCCS organizes five major fundraising events for the benefit of the school and its activities:

1. Fall: Frozen foods and catalog sale
2. Race for Education: Usually held in November, this fundraiser encourages students to obtain sponsors for laps run.
3. Spring: Candy and frozen foods sale
4. Spring Festival: Held in May, this annual festival includes a Car Show, Flea Market, Auction, Food Booths, and Kids' Corner.
5. Spring Banquet: This annual dinner encourages donors to support the school through annual giving and prayer. Please click the following link to download a Faith Promise giving statement from the Spring Banquet:

Scrip:
CCCS is a member of the Great Lakes Scrip Center (www.glscrip.com). Scrip is one of the easiest forms of fundraising available to CCCS. When you purchase scrip, you are purchasing negotiable gift certificates that are used just like cash. Scrip is issued by national and local retailers where many already shop. These merchants want to support non-profit organizations like CCCS, and in return ask you to support them by shopping with scrip at their stores. You can use scrip to purchase everyday items like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn revenue for CCCS.

You can order Scrip online or by using a paper form. Either way, 1% of the total order will be deducted from the spring registration fee of the family you designate.

To order Scrip online:

1. Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and input your order
2. Pay for your order online using Presto Pay
3. Input the number B58F91FC8L65 in your order. (You will only need to input this number once.)

To order Scrip using a paper form:

Please click on the following link for a copy of the current CCCS Scrip Family Order Form. As noted on the form, CCCS receives the percentage indicated from the purchase of scrip.

Directions for completing the CCCS Scrip Family Order Form:

1. Indicate the family which you wish to receive the 1% scrip order discount.
2. Input your name/address information.
3. Select the quantities of scrip (gift cards) you wish to purchase.
4. Input the total cost of each quantity of scrip ordered by multiplying the dollar value of the gift cards by the quantity.
5. Total all columns, and input the total in the bottom right-hand box.
6. Make a check payable to CCCS for the total. (Orders MUST be prepaid.)
7. Send both the check and the completed CCCS Scrip Family Order Form to the CCCS office.

Orders are placed on Monday mornings and may be picked up on Wednesday afternoons or Thursday monrngs.

Label Collection:
CCCS collects the following labels from products:

1. Box Tops for Education
2. Campbell's Soup and Other Products
3. Nestle's Pure Life

These labels can be sent to the CCCS Office.

Donations:
CCCS is a nonprofit organization existing through God's grace on tuition payments and charitable contributions. Monetary gifts are always welcome and tax deductible. If you wish to support the school through a monetary donation, please send a check payable to CCCS. Tax receipts will be mailed upon request.
